About our house

Natural , Luxurious , Bike-friendly , Family-friendly , Fragrance-free

With a dedicated workspace, our home is also great for executives and work-from-homers.

Having stayed at Airbnbs since 2010, we have learned a lot about what makes a great space for travelers: cleanliness, comfort, location, and convenience. Creating this space for you was a labor of love for us, and we hope you like it as much as we do.

We care about your health: our mattresses are CertiPUR-US Certified (no VOCs, mercury, and phthalates) and were purchased new in June 2022. We protect them with waterproof mattress covers to prevent mold growth. Our area rugs are 100% wool (low VOCs) and dyed with non-toxic dyes. Fragrance-free, dye-free, preservative-free cleaners mean that you (and your little ones, if you have any) won't be bombarded with artificial scents and other needless harsh petrochemical endocrine disruptors that you will find in most homes.

    Before you come

    The weather here can be finicky. Bring lots of layers and rain gear. Check out all the events at the Momentary. See all the great things you can do in Bentonville, Rogers, and Bella Vista.

    Wifi

    Network name and password are on bottom (you need to pick it up) of the modem in the Master bedroom.

    Clean Karma

    We created this house with a lot of love and hard work. Please keep our house clean for other guests (and for your future selves!). No shoes or pets on any of the furniture. We've provided complimentary slippers so you can leave your shoes at the door.

    Accidents Happen!

    We are compassionate, understanding people. Please let us know if anything breaks or stains. It's way better for everyone to let us know immediately.

    Fragrance-Free

    We'd like to keep this home as free from artificial fragrances as possible. It's healthier for everyone, especially kids! Please do not use anything perfumey in the house, such as air fresheners. If you happen to spill anything perfumey anywhere, please let us know right away!

  • 06

    Check-out

    Please close all windows and set the thermostat to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have time, please put your dishes in the dishwasher and used towels in the tub. No need to turn either machine on.

in the House

  • Coffee Maker

    Even if the clock is on, the machine is not ready to make coffee until you press the right-hand side ON button (see photo below). Find instructions here and here.

  • Samsung Smart TV

    You have access to over 200 channels, but can also mirror your phone. Find instructions here

  • Microwave

    This pretty microwave is actually pretty easy to use. For simple heating, just turn the dial to however long you want to use it, and press Start. It has a lot of other functionalities, which you can learn about here . You can also look up Haden Dorchester microwave to find more information about it.

  • Mattresses

    We have two wonderful and new (purchased in 2022 and 2023) memory foam mattresses for you, which are CertiPUR-US Certified (no VOCs, mercury, and phthalates).

  • Dishwasher

    The Dishwashing machine is child-proof, so the door has to be open in order for it to work. With the door open:

    1. Hit power on
    2. Hit speed cycle
    3. Hit start
    4. Close door.
    You should hear it starting up.

  • Locking door from the Outside

    When locking the door from the outside, wake up the keypad, then just press the Lock button (image of a lock) and make sure to pull it gently towards you while you press the Lock button.
